Official EFT is the original method developed by Gary Craig and consists of Gold Standard EFT (Tapping) and Optimal EFT (Meditation).
Gabriëlle Rutten is the appointed successor to Gary Craig, the founder of EFT, and Director of Novet – The EFT Standard. She has worked as an EFT practitioner, coach, and trainer since 1999.
Official EFT consists of two approaches: Gold Standard EFT (Tapping) and Optimal EFT (Meditation).
Gold Standard EFT combines focused exposure with gentle tapping on acupressure points. Optimal EFT is the meditative approach within Official EFT and uses a guided meditation process.
Official EFT was developed by Gary Craig, the founder of EFT, and is designed to help release stress, emotional intensity, and limiting patterns.
